Dax is perfect as the man fighting his inner demon, and Robyn is a paragon of goodness. Watching their growing attraction is like riding a roller-coaster to the top, inch by nail-biting inch, knowing that the ride down is going to be fast and scream-inducing but worth every scary moment of it.

If you're looking for any sort of highbrow storytelling, keep looking. PHANTOM isn't what you're searching for. But if you need a beach read or just a couple hours of sensual, somewhat frightening fun, pick up a copy of this book. Lindsay Randall kept me entertained from start to finish! And the ending? Just perfect for the story!
