In normal Syliva Day style, HEAT OF THE NIGHT absolutely rocked my world! I love EVERYTHING Sylvia day writes, but this one is definitely one of my faves. She brings it to the table with every book, and I am sure she has never had a clunker. I reviewed the first Dream Guardian book and I was so excited to have the opportunity to review this latest one.

I love Connor and Stacey, plain and simple. Their relationship is like a comedy of errors that kept me rolling from one page to the next. Stacey is so funny, so ready to knock the crap out of the next guy who thinks he is going to mistreat her. She does not care that the god on her doorstep is a hunka-hunka burning love, or that he doesn't seem to want to hurt her. She just knows that he is big and bossy!

Connor is such a great character. He is funny, charming, GORGEOUS and cannot even imagine how his tough-guy routine is going to go over with Stacey. He figures that if he can cut through all of the preliminaries, he will be able to get to his coworker, Aidan Cross, and take care of business. He doesn't ever consider that there may be a beautiful woman staying in Lyssa and Aidan's condo, or the fact that she is going to tempt him beyond any temptation he has ever encountered.

I seriously, utterly loved this book. I could not get enough of it, and when it was over, I was so sad because I wanted it never to end! Fans of the Dream Guardians are going to be ecstatic with HEAT OF THE NIGHT, just as I was!
