TAKE ME HOME was a bittersweet story. Florida Jones has finally succeeded in the life that she has always wanted for herself. She has a thriving business, a beautiful daughter, and a fiance who loves her. But, Florida's mother comes for a visit and turns her world upside down.

When Florida suffers from an accident that leaves her injured, she is completely dependent on the two people who have never been there for her—her mother and ex-boyfriend, Stan. Florida's world may have turned upside down, but she has found something where she least expected to find it—love.

This was such a bittersweet story. The novel made me cry and produced some strong emotions that I have not felt through a novel in quite some time. TAKE ME HOME is a powerfully moving story that Corgiat has written—a brilliant read, and nothing short of miraculous.
