RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS: Top Pick

I have been waiting way too long for the next book in Catherine Spangler's Sentinel Series, TOUCHED BY FIRE. It was definitely worth the wait. I loved this book and I didn't want it to end! It's really a fantastic mix of paranormal and romance, and anyone who likes that mix will love this book.

The first book in the Sentinel Series is called TOUCHED BY DARKNESS. This is also a really good paranormal romance and if you haven't read it, you really should. TOUCHED BY FIRE stands by itself, but it does have visits from the two main characters of the first book.

TOUCHED BY FIRE tells the story of ultra sexy Sentinel Luke Paxton and his unconventional conductor, Marla Reynolds. Marla is a strong heroine who, although she went through a horrific event eleven years ago with her sister, Julia, is up to the challenge of catching an extremely evil Belian with Luke. Of course, it took a lot of convincing on Luke's part to make Marla believe the story of who he is and what kind of evil he is pursuing, and she proves to be an invaluable aid in the capture of this monster.

TOUCHED BY FIRE is a fast-paced paranormal thriller with incredible characters and super hot sex scenes. Catherine Spangler took the lure of Atlantis and made it her own. I can't get enough of her Sentinel Series, and the reason is in between the pages of this new release. Luke is as sexy as he is dangerous, and the intense sexual chemistry between him and Marla will satisfy any romance reader's appetite.

If you like reading paranormals that are edgy, thrilling and sexy, than Catherine Spangler's TOUCHED BY FIRE is just the book for you.
