Hell on Heels by Kenner, O'Reilly and Davis

It's that old damned feeling...

What's a devil to do? Satan's isn't getting any younger (or older, really, for that matter) and he's desperate to retire. For relief he's turning to the promise of his three beautiful, bold, smart, and irresistibly sexy daughters. All they have to do is prove themselves by successfully completing the tricky tasks he sets before them...

Surely one of them will win the Keys to the Kingdom—of Hell?

But even the most devilishly ambitious young women can find themselves suddenly thwarted by that most debilitating of weaknesses. The one that can change everything. The most powerful of all human emotions: love...

RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS: 4 Rose Read

Things are smoking hot in Hell right now. After Satan's sons disappoint him by choosing love over him, it leaves Satan with his daughters. Each daughter has a special task that, when completed, she will take his place in Hell.

Well, in the first anthology, Lucia's story, she is battling with Battle Fatigue Syndrome from being her father's assigned assassin for far too long. Satan picks the hitJacques. Unfortunately, what might be a problem is that Lucia's gone and fallen in love with the hit's son.

In Jezebel's story, she is charged with finding the protector of Armageddon. She finds him, alright, and notices him as her true love, David.

In the last anthology, Lola is Satan's favorite daughter. She sucks the souls out of men while having sex with them. When assigned to steal the soul of Chris, a compassionate, caring man, Lola finds that he already owns her soul and that she loves him.

HELL ON HEELS was well written. It was an easy read, fast paced, and at times, hilarious. There were moments of tenderness that would almost break your heart. However, I think all three authors wrote stellar stories guaranteed to heat up more than Hell. But, after this book it's looking like Satan is going to have to move on to his extended family to find someone to replace him, because all of his children have chosen love over Satan.
