THE RAVEN PRINCE, by debut author Elizabeth Hoyt, is simply a must read! It is a beautiful romance that will leave you breathless. With an almost fairytale-esque feel to it, THE RAVEN PRINCE will touch your heart and soul.

I'm still in awe over the fact that this is Elizabeth Hoyt's first book. It is such a breathtaking story, one that is written so skillfully that usually only a seasoned author will reach the depths that Ms. Hoyt reached with this story. She is definitely an author to watch out for!

The hero of THE RAVEN PRINCE is Edward de Raaf, the Earl of Swartingham. After losing his family to the pox and then losing his wife, Edward has come home. But he's less than perfect, or so he thinks. His face is somewhat ridden with pox scars, and that makes him unattractive the ladies of the ton. Inside, however, he is every woman's dream—sensitive, strong, caring and passionate. Anna Wren is going to show him that beauty is only skin deep!

Anna, in desperate need of funds after her husband's passing, has taken on the job of being Edward's secretary. She sees past his scars and finds him to be incredibly handsome and alluring. Anna is a fantastic heroine; she's strong and compassionate.

Edward and Anna's love affair starts off with witty bantering and ends with incredible lovemaking. Their sex is so hot, and yet so romantic. Especially their first two times together, which is an integral part of the story. You can't help but fall in love with Edward and Anna.

One can't help becoming emotionally involved with reading THE RAVEN PRINCE. Tissues are a definite must! I love a book that can make you laugh and yet make you cry. Hoyt knows how to tug on your heartstrings!

I loved this story so much! I highly recommend that you take some time and read Elizabeth Hoyt's THE RAVEN PRINCE. I can't wait to read more from this talented author.
