Sex and laughter. What could be better? Why both of those things in a Lynsay Sands book, of course! If you thought SINGLE WHITE VAMPIRE was cute, you will adore LOVE BITES.

Etienne Argeneau is not your average vampire. He is blond and athletic but is also being stalked by a vampire killing fanatic. And well, he's dead. A couple of times dead to Rachel Garrett, a morgue worker. Now I don't mean vampire dead, but dead as in the EMT workers that find him after two "accidents" and take him to the morgue for autopsy dead. It sounds confusing, and it is. Especially to Rachel because the same guy keeps ending up on her slab at work. You see, Etienne's mind wipe of Rachel's memories of his death and resurrection didn't exactly work the first time. And the second time Etienne shows up, Rachel ends up almost dead herself!

Sounds crazy, but man, oh, man is it fun! Believe me, you will get it as you read it. OOooh and it's hot, too! Which is the most important part. Steamy sex and laughter like I said before. I would be remiss in this review, though, if I didn't mention a few other things, like a matchmaking momma, a sister getting married, vampire hot spot dance clubs with outlandish drinks, and a host of other characters that create a "real" atmosphere. Did I mention that Rachel is saved by Etienne and turned into a vampire, therefore she has to learn vampire etiquette?! You know, stuff like how to control your teeth and drink blood from a bag! *snort* What a riot that is! Then there is this scene by the pond. I read it twice for the hotness and three times for the laughter!

Love this book and will no doubt read it again after I finish typing this review! When is the next one coming?!
