And our Sue's Clues Mystery Author is:

Heather Graham

Heather Graham, Shannon Drake, or Heather Graham Pozzessere.  Any of these names would have been the correct guess for our mystery author this round.  At some point in time, I think we've all read at least one book with one of these names on the cover.  More likely than not, we've read more than one.

Heather has written so many books, and so many types of books, during her career as a writer that there is something for everybody. I guess that would explain why she received the RWA Lifetime Achievement Award at the RWA conference in NYC this summer. And rightly so. This lady has written about everything! Scots, Vikings, Indians, cops, paranormal investigators, rebels and yankees, ghosts and vampires and so much more.

What amazes me is the fact that she finds the time to write at all! Heather lives in Miami, Florida with her husband and five (5!) kids. She's constantly on the go. This past spring Heather was in Germany for a conference. In July, she was in NYC for the RWA. At her webpage, she mentions going to the Keys to swim with the dolphins and her kids. Heather also enjoys ballroom dancing. She even had one of her sons on hand for a partner at the Harlequin Ball in New York.

Somehow she does manage to find the time.  Maybe she doesn't sleep? *G* Already this year she has released 5 books. Due out in September is her newest book, HAUNTED.
